we had to use the tractor with a 6ft tiller to remove the sod from the area that created clumps of dirt. thankfully my customer was willing to put the work in with me we got it leveled out enough to come back the following Monday to put seed down and cover with the straw mats.

We utilized my tractor with the 6ft tiller to get the sod off the top to be able to grade the ground to prep for seed.

We put the grass seed down and the. Put the straw mat over the seed to keep the birds from eating the grass seed.
